卡斯滕·霍勒（CARSTEN HÖLLER）
1961年生于比利时布鲁塞尔
现在生活和工作在在瑞典斯德哥尔摩和加纳的比日瓦
卡斯滕·霍勒(Carsten Höller) 横跨科学与艺术，他曾经是从事生物学研究的科学家，1993年离开科学事业，转向艺术创作。他的作品充满实验性，通过精心的控制与参观者的参与，弹指人类知觉与逻辑的界限，他常常建构出一个大型空间，观察置于其中的人，用理性角度和艺术方法去搜集人们的触觉，同时也不断激发人们感知世界的张力。
展览机构及收藏机构包括：第50届威尼斯双年展（2003）、斯德哥尔摩F?rgfabriken画廊“一天，一天”（2003）、第七届里昂双年展 (2003)、 纽约现代艺术博物馆、伦敦泰特美术馆、比利时市立当代艺术博物馆等。
